Subsidy on LPG cylinders can also be obtained without Aadhaar card

.
Subsidy on LPG cylinders can also be obtained without Aadhaar card : The government sends the LPG Cylinder Subsidy directly to the customer's bank account when booking a cooking gas cylinder.

So to avail the subsidy you need to link the Aadhaar card with your gas connection. Even if you do not have an Aadhaar card or for some reason could not link the Aadhaar card with a bank or LPG connection, you will get a gas subsidy. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.

This is how you can take advantage of the subsidy :

  • To get the gas subsidy, the customer has to go to his gas agency and give the bank account number to the LPG distributor.
  • The customer's subsidy amount will then be credited directly to your bank account.
  • Along with the bank account details, the account holder's name, bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch and 17 digit LPG consumer ID should be given.
  • Let us say that this facility is provided for those customers who do not have Aadhaar card.
